The St. Augustine Mantel is perhaps our most detailed wood mantel surround. With four corbels to match the decorative legs the bold design is not hard to see. What is hard to see through a photo is the egg and dart moulding on the inside of each panel box. The St. Augustine plaster fireplace mantel also has crown molding that we don't use on any other mantel. Each of the four corbels is surrounded by this crown molding on the top and bottom. The St. Augustine is available only in paint grade materials because the pieces on the front of the legs and the center appliques are plaster.
