My husband and I were extremely pleased with the quality, service and communication with Nick and his team at The Mantel Shoppe. Pictures and texts were sent during each stage of the build. They even precut a hole, at my request, for electrical to be installed. The Mantel Shoppe is the only place to shop for your wood mantel.
I have ordered two mantels for our two houses over the years. Nick the owner is easy to communicate with. Quick response to my questions. They even send me picture of my mantel in the middle of production showing that it was done the wood work , waiting to be painted.... The items arrived on time, packed very well. 100% satisfaction.
