If you are on the same continent as us we can thoroughly fulfill your fireplace mantel needs. The best way to order is to use the website or simply call us. We will discuss your options with you and help you pick out a mantel style. After you've picked out a style we'll get your measurements. We have a measurement form listed above in our FAQ section that provides the information you need to measure for your new fireplace mantel. To insure we are on the same page, there is a form to provide us with a picture of your fireplace. This way we are both looking at the same picture and we can discuss and dissect your different options. Once we have your measurements we'll provide a diagram of the fireplace mantel with all of the appropriate dimensions. After your approval of the dimensions we will custom build your mantel for your fireplace. You will receive a photo of your fireplace mantel before we ship via email and upon your go ahead we will crate and ship your mantel. It usually takes 1-3 days for us to build and then ship your new fireplace mantel. Shipping transit times will be based on your location relative to us. When your mantel is shipped you will be emailed instructions for installation which are also included with your mantel. If you have a special situation such as installing the fireplace mantel to brick we'll email your specific instructions and videos.
